      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, deliver, and interpret marketing reports using existing tools and self-generated data
      - Process and extract insights from demand generation marketing sources to influence business decisions
      - Maintain a holistic view of marketing performance across segments and channels, focusing on actionable insights
      - Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to understand their workflows and requirements
      - Investigate data anomalies to identify root causes and opportunities for optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; degree in Marketing or Analytics preferred
      - 5-7 years of marketing data analysis experience
      - Strong technical skills including proficiency in Tableau, SFDC, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
      - Experience with reporting from email automation and webinar tools is a plus
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
