Job Description

- Coordinates the execution of various marketing communications vehicles including print ads, direct mail, digital advertising, and collateral material; participates in marketing plan development and implementation.
- Administers vendor invoice approval and budget tracking; monitors project workflow.
- Coordinates day-to-day relationship with advertising agencies and other outside vendors; interfaces with internal departments to follow-up on information requests.
- Proofreads copy and submits for Legal/management review; assists with coordinating activities of vendors as they relate to the creation and fulfillment of the marketing initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for covered products; develops and delivers various communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinates the distribution of departmental communications in partnership with the leadership team; researches and evaluates new technology solutions for assigned projects.
- Reviews and processes invoices and managing corporate credit cards, travel arrangements, meetings and appointments; ensures offices and filing systems are maintained, while also arranging for office equipment repairs and upgrades, and maintaining supply inventory.
- Budgets oversight, including the tracking of departmental expenses.
- Oversees the onboarding of new staff and arranges for computers, phone service, office supplies, etc.
- Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
- Creative and production management experience, required.
- Brand consistency and guideline management experience, required.
- Advertising agency experience, preferred.
- Brand/Marketing strategy experience, preferred.
- Healthcare interest/experience, preferred.
- Outside-the-box strategic thinking & non-traditional channel activation (i.e. experiential, entertainment), preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, preferred.
- *Hybrid role - at least 2x/week in office (New Hyde Park NY)
Job Description
