- Req#: 558214
- Maintaining master data in SAP and related tools, including creation and modification of records from various master data domains and assurance of correct data flow towards and from the customer
- Ensuring high-level data quality and reliability by monitoring if the information maintained in the systems is correct and up to date
- Creating and sharing mandatory reports to support business operations, along with building relationships and assuring effective communication with internal stakeholders
- Sharing best practices on data management and supporting employees from within the Master Data Team, Order Management, and other related departments
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in the execution of processes in ERP environment, preferably SAP
- Strong communication skills in the English language (written & verbal)
- Attention to details
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an asset
