Lead mechanical design projects through the full product lifecycle
Create detailed engineering documentation (BOMs, technical drawings, manufacturing notes)
Prototype using 3D printing, machining, and hands-on tools
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams
Provide top-tier technical support to customers
Contribute to product improvements and maintenance
Represent the company at events and races
Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team
BSME or equivalent technical degree
2–10 years experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
Expert-level proficiency with SolidWorks
Experience with prototyping tools (3D printer, lathe, mill, etc.)
Mechatronics or hands-on electromechanical experience is a plus
Deep passion for high-performance cars (Porsche/BMW )
Track driving, club racing, or autocross experience REQUIRED
Customer-focused mindset and clear communication skills
Self-starter with a flexible, innovative approach to challenges
Willingness to attend weekend events and be an ambassador for the brand

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be involved in every phase of the product lifecycle—from ideation to prototyping, through manufacturing and beyond. Your mix of CAD expertise, hands-on prototyping, and mechanical intuition will shape the future of our suspension product line, including shocks, bushings, sway bars, and active/semi-active suspension systems.Key Responsibilities:
