      A) Responsibilities
      i. General
      1. Manages Mechanical Engineering related deliverables in the project (from design, construction to Commissioning (Cx), ensuring that they meet the clients’ specifications and project milestones.
      2. Provides technical advice and solutions to engineering challenges, contributing to innovate designs and solutions that are compliant with local Thai codes.
      3. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry codes, standards and regulations.
      4. Monitors project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
      5. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure projects meet technical specifications and compliance requirements
      6. Liaises with clients, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders to address concerns and maintain strong relationships
      7. Prepares reports on project progress, delays, and defects, as well as technical reports and analyses.
      8. Coordinates and manages cross-functional teams internally and externally, including designers and engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution

      ii. Design and Planning
      1. Develop mechanical design plans, specifications, and drawings for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
      2. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems into overall building designs.
      3. Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

      iii. Installation and Construction Oversight
      1. Manage the installation and construction of mechanical systems on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
      2. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and verify quality of installations.
      3. Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate schedules and resolve conflicts.

      iv. Testing and Commissioning
      1. Conduct tests and inspections of mechanical systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
      2. Coordinate with testing agencies and stakeholders for system commissioning and certification.
      3. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during testing or commissioning phases.

      v. Documentation and Reporting
      1. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including design changes, approvals, and project progress.
      2. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
      3. Ensure all documentation complies with project requirements and industry standards.


      B) Qualifications:
      1. Bachelor degree or Master in mechanical engineering or related field.
      2. 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Data Center (DC), water Chilled water- cooled Chiller Plant or Air Cooled Chilled.
      3. Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer in construction projects, with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
      4. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in EPC project.
      5. Holding a Professional Engineer Licenses or above will be considered in advance.
      6. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
      7. Knowledge of DC technologies, Chiller Plant management system, regulations, Infrastructure, sequence of workers, SOO, QA/QC, CxM, and EHS is preferred.
      8. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) tools.
      9. Thorough understanding of mechanical codes, standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.), and construction practices.
      10. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
      11. Should have good understanding and/ or project experience for Cx / testing and commissioning.
      12. Should have good understanding of prefabrication/ long lead equipment (LLE)
      13. Should have good understanding of DC project delivery cycle.
      14. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.) would be an advantage.
      15. Proven experience in RFP and tender management, and contract negotiation would be an advantage.
      16. Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations.
      17. Should be familiar with local permitting process.


      C) Skills:
      1. Ability to speak, read and write English and Thai.
      2. Attention to detail and accuracy.

      4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
      5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
      6. Excellent technical and analytical skills.
      7. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

      6. Willingness to travel and station at construction site (Chonburi area) and work occasional overtime as required.
