      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Code clinical data for all in-house studies and generate coding queries for inadequate data or unclear medical terms
      - Review coding documentation related to study start-up documents and coding specifications
      - Identify and troubleshoot operational issues with coding tools; liaise with vendors to ensure timely coding activities
      - Perform quality checks and data reviews to ensure coding consistency
      - Collaborate with medical monitors and clinical teams to ensure timely processing of coding according to project timelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in health science or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in pharmacovigilance, clinical research, or clinical data management, including 4 years of coding experience
      - Expertise in medical terminology and coding is essential
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
      - Experience with MedDRA and WHODD is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Oncology is a plus
