What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to clinical staff regarding Medicare regulations for accurate claim processing
- Plan and facilitate training events on general and department-specific topics
- Develop and update written work instructions and training materials in response to regulatory changes
- Perform quality assurance activities and analyze training effectiveness
- Collaborate with business units and medical directors on new CMS directives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent post-high school and/or related work experience
- Active RN license applicable to the state of practice
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and excel at time management
- Technical proficiency with computers and training delivery

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4 or more years of experience in clinical nursing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- 2 or more years of leadership and/or training experience
- Experience as a Nurse Analyst with a background in Medicare principles and guidelines
