Are you a registered professional inspired to help people who need intensive short -- term help at home, either as an alternative to hospitalisation, or in the transition phase when returning home from hospital? The Team maintains our focus on providing quality Home Treatment both during supported discharge and as an alternative to Hospital admission.
You would be joining a Trust that has a Philosophy of Recovery based practise, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the working within an established CRHT Team.

Main duties of the job
As a Band 6 mental health practitioner you will be taking a lead role in the team, supervising, and supporting other team members, and will be expected to have the skills and knowledge that will facilitate effective care being delivered to service users in their own homes.
