Main duties of the job
Your role with us is at the forefront of everything we do; from coordinating recreational groups to assisting in the preparation of assessments for current/future residents, you will be interacting with every department of the Hospital. Your primary task will be to ensure and implement the care/treatment/rehabilitation of service users by assisting our nurses and psychologists; these responsibilities include:

Baldock Manor is a 45-bed mental health facility for adults in various settings (a Female PICU, Rehab and Elderly High Dependency Unit), with an increased focus on psychology led treatments. We are opening an additional PICU which is due to be opening in April.
Nouvita Healthcare is a private healthcare company providing outstanding mental health care across nine sites. In addition to our hospital our services including supported living, residential care homes, psychiatric nursing homes.
