- Determining clinical diagnosis and provide treatment indicated as an autonomous practitioner, developing appropriate packages of care, giving specialist clinical / professional advice to patients, carers, and other Health Care Professionals.
- Undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical, and emotional needs. To formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes, ensuring effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge is achieved.
- Maintaining patient documentation, records, and accurate statistical information to reflect care provided and to meet professional and organisation standards as well as local and national guidelines.
- Demonstrating a sound understanding of Clinical Governance, including ability to audit own practice.
- Being responsible for organisation, prioritisation, and planning of own caseload with support from our patient care co-ordination centre (PCC).
- Demonstrating clinical competencies to required company standards for a senior MSK clinician, including provided support to MSK clinicians within the service
- Previous experience in delivering MSK services with tangible results.
- Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC, GOsC, SST or BASraT)
- A keen and enthusiastic clinician with a commitment to providing excellent, personalised care.
- An understanding of the impact of MSK pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities
- Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner, within scope of practice and deliver a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and operational needs of the MSK service with senior support as required.

Job summary
Open to Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors the Camden MSK Physiotherapy Service are looking for experienced Senior MSK Clinicians who value to deliver high quality clinical care for people with musculoskeletal conditions.
We are committed to developing and promoting a positive and dynamic image and culture and it is expected that you will contribute to the fostering of productive relationships with key stakeholders such as local GPs, other NHS providers and wider community resources, whilst provide support and training to junior staff and physiotherapy students.
