      We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Multimedia Design Coordinator at UL Research Institutes based in our Columbia, MD office.

      The Senior Multimedia Coordinator assists in the creation and management of multimedia content, helping to communicate messages effectively through various media channels. The Senior Multimedia Coordinator supports the planning, production, and distribution of multimedia assets for the organization.

      What you’ll learn & achieve:

      As the Senior Multimedia Design Coordinator you will play a key role in the rapid growth of UL as you:

      • Assist in creating multimedia content, including videos, images, animations, and graphics, using software tools and equipment.
      • Organize and maintain multimedia assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-organized.
      • Edit and enhance multimedia content, including video editing, image retouching, and audio editing as needed.
      • Assist in creating content calendars and schedules for multimedia projects.
      • Help in distributing multimedia content through appropriate channels, such as websites, social media, and email campaigns.
      • Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of multimedia equipment and software.
      • Work closely with multimedia professionals, designers, and content creators to support their needs.
      • Perform other duties as directed.

      • Familiarity with multimedia software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), video editing software, and graphic design tools.

      • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality of multimedia assets.

      Experience and Education Requirements

      • A bachelor's degree in multimedia, digital media, graphic design, or a similar discipline.
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia production or a related role.
      • Some experience in multimedia software and tools.
