      Job Description

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provides project and support services to Global Information Services (GIS) customers for Enterprise network and network security including, but not limited to, requirements gathering, local stakeholders and vendor engagement, implementation, testing and ongoing support and maintenance
      • Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction to the highest levels
      • Carries out recommended updates to network and network security equipment and maintain the lifecycle including patching, point releases and major upgrades.
      • In collaboration with the design and architecture team, configures Network equipment and executes changes while following standard operating procedures and change/release management policies.
      • Creates and maintains technical and end-user documentation for specific IT service or set of services
      • Monitors specific IT service or set of services for availability and performance and reports anomalies through predefined process.
      • Support outages and aid in root cause analysis of Network and related outages or incident trends
      • Available for Installation/Maintenance activities as well as major outage handling outside of business hours

      Qualifications:

      Education:

      • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Engineering/Science/Networks and Communications

      Experience :

      • 10-15 years of direct hands-on experience in a medium to large Enterprise network engineering and support role

      Skills:

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Presentation skills, OSI model, TCP/IP, LAN/DataCenter/WAN/Wi-Fi/SDWAN/Cloud, Routing/Switching, Firewalls, working knowledge of Asset tracking and Location services,
      • Experience with and understanding of data centers and campus network and cabling infrastructure standards

      Languages: English

      Certifications: CCNP required, CCIE or other equivalent preferred

      Comfortable handling network equipment such as routers, switches, network security appliances, access points and connectivity

      Hardware : Cisco Routers/switches, Arista switches, Aruba switches/Wi-Fi, Palo Alto, VMWare SDWAN

      Software/tools/applications : Microsoft office suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint for creating and presenting documentation and diagrams), Cisco IOS, Arista EOS, ArubaOS, Clearpass, Infoblox IPAM, Palo Alto Panorama, Load Balancers

      U.S. Salary Range:

      $132,000.00 - $181,500.00

      The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
