What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the business to respond to daily requests in a timely manner
- Streamline audit evidence gathering processes
- Handle a queue of requests from customers
- Advise on perimeter configurations and upcoming changes
- Resolve firewall requests in accordance with controls

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional IT experience with firewalls and secure perimeters
- Solid grasp of Palo Alto Networks products
- Proficiency in scripting/programming languages Python or Perl
- Experience with AWS security and CFT

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with infrastructure automation platform Ansible, terraform
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline
- Linux skills
- Experience with Networking and troubleshooting
- Ability to work with remote teams
