Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Registered Nurse to lead and manage an established team within the Clinical Navigation Hub at East Lancashire Medical Services Ltd. East Lancashire Medical Services Ltd is friendly, motivated and committed to providing high quality services to the population of East Lancashire.
The candidate should demonstrate strong communication/negotiating skills to carry out complex clinical telephone triage in a sensitive manner providing assessment, advice and information and be able to work closely with stake holders utilizing professional judgement and referring to other agencies/ services where appropriate.
Main duties of the job
The primary responsibility of the successful candiadate wil be to prioritise incoming calls and direct patients or health professiona;ls to the most appropriate service trying to avoid hospital admission.
