What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively participating in the Magnet Program as a Magnet Coach
- Leading the Sigma Theta Tau - International Nursing Honor Society Chapter for the employer
- Planning, organizing, and evaluating resources for the development of nursing projects and programs
- Facilitating evidence-based practice and quality efforts
- Providing management development and coaching for the nursing team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing along with a master's degree in Nursing or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant nursing leadership experiences (required)
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctorate in Nursing
- Previous experience in nursing operations leadership, professional development, nursing research, and evidence-based practices at Magnet Recognized Hospitals
