About the Role:

In this role your responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repairing of all heating, air conditioning, ventilating and refrigeration equipment including the central steam and chilled water plants and their associated distribution systems. Also perform certain maintenance and repair functions according to regular schedule or as the need is found through scheduled and special inspections conducted by the department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify, measure and monitor progress of the relevant KPIs in line with SQCDME principle.
• Maintain and improve Facilities & Utilities Master Plan for factory
• Actively contribute and lead H&S in respective department
• Insuring Smooth Operations and Maintenance of all Utilities (HVAC)
• Undertaking and completion of projects related to Utilities
• Ensuring a safe working environment in Utilities function by complying with relevant legislation, codes of practice and policies, procedures and guidelines issued under the Companies Policy
• Carrying out the closure of all Continuous improvement and safety related Near Miss points
• Liaise with Staffs and Permanent Workmen/contractors on day to day operational and Maintenance activities & carrying out trainings for the employees such as 5S, etc.
• Carrying out monthly completion of documents related to all utilities

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Telecommunication).
• 4 to 6 years work experience required, FMCG experience will be added advantage
