Senior Officer, Finance - Entity Reporting & Control

Job Description
- Req#: 125880
- Prepare and submit accurate daily / monthly financial reports to the Head Office
- Perform daily / month-end General Ledger postings
- Handle staff reimbursements and process expense payments
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations and compile relevant reports for month-end closing
- Monitor daily suspense accounts and prepare month-end reports
- Participate ad-hoc projects and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Word and Excel
- Highly responsible, independent, and self-motivated, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and solve problems effectively
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
