- Create and implement HR organizational change and communication practices to enhance the foundation’s culture, talent strategy, learning and development, leadership strategy, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (DEI, Executive Office, Strategy, HR Business Partners etc.) to ensure consistent and impactful solutions are delivered, in line with foundation values and DEI principles.
- Collaborate with internal foundations communications team in development of enterprise-wide change and comms plans.
- Develop needs analysis, governance model, and approach to global change management, and build alignment and business plan to implement.
- Partner closely with DEI, HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, and divisions to develop the change and communication approach and intended outcomes.
- Partner with HR leadership to help determine in-house vs. outsource model to build for scalability, adaptation, and implementation.
- Support inclusive culture through modeling behaviors and actions; raise issues in a timely fashion to appropriate stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business.
- 8+ years of demonstrated success in a similar role within Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
- Mastery level change management methodology and experience with large-scale communication initiatives.
- Mastery level business acumen, project management, and leadership capabilities.
- Mastery level understanding of organizational needs and ability to develop governance model to set and address priorities.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of HR, DEI, talent practices, and the implementation of complex organizational processes.
- Outstanding project management skills, including the development of project plans, key priorities, resource deployment, budget management, and measurement.
- Comprehensive experience in process improvement and data analytics.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex change management initiatives.
- Significant organizational development experience.

*This role is a limited-term position for 24 months.Your Role
You are responsible for supporting leaders to achieve organizational goals efficiently and effectively through human-capital solutions and interventions. You lead a consultative practice to implement organizational change to achieve goals while prioritizing impactful organizational initiatives. You have mastery level knowledge of HR, DEI, talent practices, and the implementation of complex organizational processes. You have significant experience in enterprise-wide change management.

The salary range for this role is $182,569 to $282,936 USD. We recognize high-wage market differences where our offices are located, in Seattle, Washington D.C., and Boston (Cambridge). The range for this role in these locations is $199,000 to $308,400 USD. As a mission-driven organization, we strive to balance competitive pay with our mission and new hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary range between the minimum and the midpoint salary range. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
