What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement performance-driven strategies to optimize business processes and increase efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field; three years of NMDP experience may substitute for this requirement
- Minimum five years of experience working with data, including report generation and analysis
- Minimum two years of experience in project management with cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Looker, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of NMDP donor operations is preferred
