      Job Title - Performance Reporting Analyst

      Location - Pune

      Role Description

      The Performance Reporting Analyst focuses on effective oversight of strategic data used across the bank’s systems and infrastructure. Performance Reporting, either sourced externally or generated internally, covers a wide range of critical enterprise-wide information such as pricing, securities, books, financial products, clients, legal entities, accounts and mandates.

      Your key responsibilities

      • The Performance Reporting Analyst supports various elements of the data lifecycle, from ensuring that data is captured from the best source, to validating and classifying, and operating controls that optimise its quality and maximise coverage.
      • The Performance Reporting Analyst has responsibility for maintaining robust processes related to data set-up, storage and distribution, as well as system configuration, together with participation in projects designed to streamline infrastructure and improve efficiency.
      • Performance Reporting is integral to the bank’s response to regulatory requirements. Close partnership is needed with stakeholders such as Front Office, Middle Office, Audit, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting to deliver solutions that balance immediate business priorities with long term strategic objectives.
      • The Performance Reporting Analyst will be responsible to analyze, identify and rectify client portfolio monthly return in accordance to set benchmark parameters in co-ordination and liaising with requisite internal teams.
      • The Performance Reporting Analyst with domain knowledge of performance measurement, attribution, risk analytics, composite, GIPS and custom reporting will be an added advantage.
      • The Performance Reporting Analyst with tool and application know-how and working experience with Bloomberg, Confluence StatePro, MyStateStreet & BlackRock Aladdin will be an added advantage.

      Your skills and experience

      • Should have 1-4 years of experience and knowledge of working in performance, data or client reporting tasks and process within asset or investment management industry.
      • Should be flexible to work in US shift till 4 am IST.
      • Should have basic knowledge of asset or investment management industry and various financial instrument of US.
      • Should have hands on experience is working with various stakeholders to understand and cater to their specific customized report building and generation.
      • Should have experience of working on basis MS office tools, including MS Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
      • Should have basic know-how to work on financial tools like Bloomberg, Reporting, Accounting & Investment tools, etc.
      • Should have good understanding of English language and be proficient to speak, write and read with proficient computer knowledge too.
