      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.

      Responsible for the development, improvement and execution of complex processes. Focus is on long-term strategic goals. Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity and continuous process improvements. It’s important to know when to escalate to ensure efficient resolution while delivering a great overall support experience.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manages process improvements, analyzes present-state and develops alternative future-state approaches, may own processes from design to implementation and hand-off
      • Facilitates implementation with merchant understanding that achieves business strategic goals
      • Drives the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems, and services, including an understanding of the cash management operational systems.
      • Manages reporting throughout project lifecycle to ensure transparency as well as timely and effective communication to key stakeholders
      • Follows bank policies and procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

      Requirements:

      • Process design skills and methodologies as it pertains to transaction flows. End-2-End, follow the money.
      • Knowledge of cash management and/or banking tools such as eSap General Ledger, FCS (Insight) General ledger, Enterprise Business Intelligence Reporting (EBIR tool) & IDS DDA platform, with ability to support cash movements, understanding of bank statements and reconciliations.
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines. We follow Global Reconcilement Governance / Financial policy.
      • Solves complex problems through root cause analysis and collaboration across a wide population of sources and accounts tied to IDS platform/GL.
      • Organized, positive outlook and self motivated with ability to work without lots of supervision; also, keen to learn and develop skills while contributing to a high performing and enthusiastic team .
