What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create positive interactions with clients through day-to-day communication
- Diagnose and resolve client issues in real-time
- Fulfill various customer account requests
- Research and resolve a wide range of issues independently
- Input data changes on multiple accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in call center operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in call center operations
- At least 1 year of experience in process management
