  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Oversee the startup and service operations for new business launches
  - Ensure consistent delivery of customer KPIs/SLAs, including service levels and quality compliance
  - Proactively manage client relationships and ensure effective communication
  - Plan and schedule repairs, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers
  - Develop the operational talent pool by optimizing team skills and fostering engagement
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree preferred
  - Minimum of ten years of experience in managing large fleets and maintenance operations
  - Technical knowledge of mechanical repairs, inventory, and fleet management systems
  - Proven experience in operations management, planning, and customer service
  - Strong communication skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
