What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across various teams, leading projects from strategy to execution
- Identify and solve operational bottlenecks, designing sustainable improvements
- Influence senior stakeholders by framing problems clearly and ensuring alignment
- Build partnerships with external vendors to support operational goals
- Measure success and performance through data-driven reporting and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Project Management, or a related field
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in business, engineering, finance, economics, or similar discipline
- Proven ability to turn ideas into execution and impact
- Strong analytical skills with a curiosity for problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and focused on quality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with payments, fintech, ecommerce, social media, or marketplace companies
- Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Interest in trust & safety, compliance, customer support, or payments risk operations
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk trends in ecommerce or financial services
- Curiosity about AI and automation for operational improvements
