      Job Description & Summary

      We are currently in search of ambitious and committed individuals with a keen eye for detail who take pride in delivering excellence, to join our passionate and dynamic Technology team as a Senior Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Consultant.

      The role entails entails providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing their Oracle ERP Cloud solutions. You will work closely with business users to understand their business requirements, configure the ERP system, and ensure successful implementation and integration. Your in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules and functionality will enable you to deliver effective solutions that align with clients' business objective.

      Key Responsibilities

      -Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

      • Collaborate with clients to identify their business needs and objectives.

      • Conduct detailed analysis of clients' existing systems and processes.

      • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud modules.

      • Perform Fit-Gap Analysis

      -Configuration and Customization:

      • Configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules according to clients' specific requirements.

      • Customize the system by creating new fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

      • Ensure the system meets clients' business process requirements and industry best practices.

      -Implementation and Integration:

      • Manage end-to-end implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including data migration and system integration.

      • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and execute integration strategies.

      • Conduct system testing, resolve issues, and ensure successful system go-live.

      -User Training and Support:

      • Provide user training on Oracle ERP Cloud modules and functionalities.

      • Create user manuals, training materials, and conduct workshops to enable smooth user adoption.

      • Support the client through full testing lifecycles and Go Live including test script creation.

      • Offer ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.

      -Solution Optimization:

      • Continuously assess and optimize Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to align with evolving business needs.

      • Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP Cloud features and functionalities.

      -User Training and Support

      • Conduct user training sessions to familiarize clients with the Oracle ERP Cloud system and its functionalities.

      • Provide post-implementation support and assist end-users in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

      -Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

      • Prepare functional documentation, including system configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals.

      • Share knowledge and best practices with team members and contribute to the development of reusable assets and templates.

      About You

      The successful candidate will possess:

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business and Information Technology, Computing and Business, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

      • A minimum of five years of relevant experience.

      • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing Oracle ERP Cloud modules especially Financials or Procurement and Supply Chain Management.

      • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle ERP Cloud applications.

      • Experience with system integration and data migration.

      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

      • Working with and supporting other implementation consultants as part of a project team.

      • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

      • Having strong experience in Support Life Cycle, SLA management and working with Oracle Product and Cloud Infra support group

      • Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs.

      • Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables

      • Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner

      • Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis

      • Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are a plus
