      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the development of process-specific guidance and training materials for research protocols
      - Manage timely reviews of research documents to ensure high-quality standards
      - Drive efficiencies in research processes through automation, simplification, and redesign
      - Track timelines and deliverables, following up on action items and ensuring compliance
      - Mentor and onboard new project managers while contributing as a Subject Matter Expert in non-interventional research

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Minimum of 2 years in a research project management role, plus 3 years of high proficiency in non-interventional research processes
      - Strong communication skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including scientists and senior leaders
      - Proven project management capabilities, including organizational and time management skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in public health or a related research field
      - Experience with real-world evidence studies and protocol development
      - Background in public health, epidemiology, clinical, or outcomes research
