      About The Role

At European Wax Center, we’re building a best-in-class in-house media team dedicated to performance, innovation, and growth. We’re looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—someone who doesn’t just “run campaigns” but shapes them end-to-end.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make smarter, faster decisions and see the real business impact of their work.

This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Plano, Texas. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

      Why This Role Is Exciting

      • No clients, no shuffle—you’ll go deep on one brand with full visibility and ownership
      • Be part of a tight-knit, performance-driven team that values curiosity, agility, and transparency
      • Work on full-funnel media strategy and gain exposure to cross-channel training and collaboration
      • Your ideas matter here—and your performance directly impacts business growth

      A Day in The Life

      • Lead strategy and execution of brand and non-brand campaigns across national/local levels and seasonal or evergreen efforts
      • Continuously optimize campaigns to meet and exceed primary and secondary KPIs
      • Use keyword research and social listening to plan launches, test ad copy, and maintain keyword and negative lists aligned with EWC’s voice
      • Manage and automate eCommerce feeds via Google Merchant Center
      • Improve ad relevance by reviewing quality score components and collaborating with SEO
      • Optimize for high-impact conversions using value-based bidding strategies
      • Build dashboards and monitor performance using enterprise reporting tools
      • Collaborate with CRM, product, and creative teams to align media insights with broader marketing goals
      • Conduct campaign audits and identify new growth opportunities
      • Support additional projects as needed

      What Sets You Apart

      • Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and adapts quickly in a dynamic, fast-changing media landscape
      • Eager to grow and cross-train across paid media channels like search, programmatic, and more
      • Values-driven, authentic, and aligned with EWC’s mission and culture
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

      Education and Experience

      • 3+ years in online advertising with hands-on PPC management, including eCommerce (Shopping) campaigns
      • Proven experience with Google Performance Max (1+ year) and advanced GA4 skills (custom events, funnels, conversions)
      • Skilled in managing enterprise tag solutions like Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch
      • Experienced in running and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to inform strategy

*This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship*
