What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the legal department and colleagues to evaluate disputes with third parties
- Prepare and evaluate complex legal documentation to resolve issues and support counsel
- Compile and report metrics related to affirmative litigation matters and recovery activities
- Collect documentation for discovery responses, proof of claims, and other filings
- Implement streamlined operational procedures to enhance efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- 8+ years of experience in paralegal support for complex affirmative litigation or class action recovery
- Experience within an in-house corporate legal function is preferred
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organizational abilities
