Senior Parking Operations Managers responsible for the management of a premier Blended-Use Development. This role will supervise several salary management employees, hourly Valets, and may supervise non-exempt employees as well.
Are you an accomplished leader with a proven track record in managing high-performance parking operations within hospitality or luxury mixed-use developments? We are seeking a Senior Level Operations Manage r to oversee a premier mixed-use destination with luxury retail, dining, and residential spaces. This senior-level role is responsible for leading a large and diverse team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring an exceptional experience for tenants, residents, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of a luxury mixed-use property, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency.
Lead and manage parking staff, optimizing performance and maintaining a polished, professional presence.
Implement and enforce operational policies, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
Foster strong, solution-oriented relationships with retail tenants, residential partners, property management, and high-profile clientele.
Monitor and optimize revenue streams, oversee budget performance, and ensure cost-efficient operational outcomes.
Serve as the point of contact for daily logistics, large-scale events, and property-wide coordination, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in Parking Operations Management—preferably within a hospitality, luxury residential, or mixed-use property Class-A Office environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations with high service standards.
Strong understanding of valet, self-park, and event parking logistics, guest service protocols, and operational compliance.
Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Proficiency in operational systems and tools related to parking management (PARCS, scheduling software, reporting dashboards, etc.)
