      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform complex managed care payer financial modeling and analysis to evaluate the feasibility of payer reimbursement methodologies
      - Conduct financial analysis to support successful payer reimbursement outcomes
      - Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve payer reimbursement objectives
      - Provide subject matter expertise and assist with orientation, mentoring, and training of subordinate Payer Analytics Consultants
      - Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize payment accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field
      - Minimum of five years of experience performing financial healthcare reimbursement analysis
      - Strong knowledge of financial modeling techniques and healthcare reimbursement methodologies
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and database systems
      - Ability to interpret and evaluate data, detect patterns, and make informed recommendations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a related field (may substitute for two years of required experience)
      - Experience with various types of health insurance payers, including Medicare and Medicaid
      - Familiarity with Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS)
      - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research skills
      - Experience in mentoring or training staff
