What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete accurate and timely production reconciliations for month-end accounting close, including credit card, ACH, and Third-Party transactions
- Conduct daily quality reviews for the reconciliation team and oversee external interchange data uploads
- Research and resolve discrepancies in payment processing and merchant funding
- Collaborate with teams to develop automated reconciliation software and comprehensive reporting processes
- Communicate with payment providers, financial institutions, and vendors regarding payment processing issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in payment processing or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly intermediate Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to efficiently multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
