      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage retroactive pay and funding calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
      - Analyze and process unsupported retroactive transactions in Workday
      - Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to resolve issues and improve processes
      - Prepare and enter payroll payment transactions in a timely manner
      - Maintain organized records for Payroll and Grants oversight and audit

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
      - 3-6 years of experience in research accounting, payroll, or finance
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
      - Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday Payroll and Grants Management
      - Familiarity with federal and non-federal regulations
      - Previous healthcare experience
      - Strong communication skills with experience presenting to management
      - Initiative-taking and collaborative approach to project management
