      A fantastic opportunity has opened for a dedicated and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our UK Payroll team.       Senior Payroll Specialist – The Role
      • Ensure accurate & timely compensation to employees within AkzoNobel UK.
      • Work in line with AkzoNobel’s global payroll principles & controls.
      • Provide audit & control of all payroll data applied to the payroll system.
      • Manage workflow using CRM tools & ensure case work, reporting & payroll delivery is completed within SLA.
      • Take ownership of payroll related issues and queries
      • Keep up to date with statutory requirements as well as company policies.
      • Process payroll changes & system upgrades.
      • Ensure compliance with complying with AkzoNobel policies, KPI’s & statutory regulations.

      Senior Payroll Specialist – About You
      • Senior payroll experience.
      • Experience in managing end to end payroll processes is highly desired
      • Good knowledge of payroll procedures & related laws.
      • Previous experience of SDWorx Software an advantage
      • Good at problem solving.
      • Eye for detail & highly organised.
      • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
      • Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
