      Job Description

      We are looking for a new colleague to join our Global Workforce Operations (GWO) team in our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest with the home office option of 2 - 3 days per week.

      In your role as senior payroll specialist you will be a valuable member in our regional team serving employees in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for the Netherlands payroll and have the opportunity to develop further and support international payrolls and global projects. You will provide quality initial support services to all employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness..

      In your role you will:

      • Oversee and responsible for the Dutch payroll, this entails preparation, creation and execution of the monthly payroll using SAP Globalview
      • Support international payroll across the GWO team when required
      • Assist with preparation of the on-boarding of new employees
      • The correspondence with institutions such as tax authorities, social security institutions, health insurance or pension providers is also one of your daily tasks as SAP key users
      • Respond to questions on payroll procedures and practices via multiple channels within Servicenow (e. g., email, phone, chat, and case management system)
      • Processing of stock payments, such as RSU, MSI and LTI payments
      • Working with our internal and external partners for global assignments coming in and out of the Netherlands
      • You will play an important key role in local and global projects in order for our in-house HR & Payroll Service Delivery model to be further developed to create a first-class service for our employees and stakeholders in a sustainable and innovative way
      • With your IT affinity and your eye for continuous improvement, you think outside the box and, based on your analyses, make recommendations for continuous process optimization
      • Educate employees of services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systems

      Qualifications

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in Dutch Payroll
      • Strong knowledge and understanding of Dutch payroll legislation
      • Strong communication skills in English is a must (spoken and written), and preferably in Dutch too
      • Ability to document processes and make recommendations for improvements
