      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct reconciliation of employee health benefits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
      - Perform reconciliation of general ledger accounts with Payroll Revolving Account 035
      - Process payroll actions for Washington Conservation Corps and Ecology Litter Crew
      - Analyze and review payroll actions and documentation for accuracy
      - Develop fiscal management reports to support effective accounting and management practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Seven years of experience in accounting, auditing, or budgeting
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads to meet deadlines
      - Proven track record of being a productive team member in a busy work environment
      - Education in a financial-related field or equivalent experience with accounting, auditing, or budgeting coursework

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge and experience with HRMS or comparable payroll/HR systems
      - Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, public administration, or closely related discipline
      - Master’s degree in a financial-related field or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CGFM)
      - Experience using Lean or continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiencies
