What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the strategic development, implementation, and management of clinical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable results.
- Lead senior stakeholders to shape the product and service roadmap, driving initiatives with clear accountability.
- Serve as a decision-maker on product strategy, client needs, and emerging trends in PBM and healthcare markets.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely execution of project plans and successful product rollouts.
- Direct market research initiatives to maintain a competitive edge and define product identity, focusing on Medicare-specific requirements.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven accountability for leading product launches and managing the product lifecycle from development to market success.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Extensive expertise in pharmacy benefits management and vendor management.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to conduct financial analysis for optimizing product performance.
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Medicare and Medicaid program management is highly desired.
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmacy industry is strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of project management experience with knowledge of pharmacy benefits management is strongly preferred.
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
