Provide members, potential members & beneficiaries with clear insight into the company pension benefits whilst providing outstanding customer service in an efficient and timely manner
Work collaboratively to meet deadlines of monthly pension payroll cycle
Prepare and submit monthly contributions schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory time scales, and internal sign off
Process and submit the Nuffield Health Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (PLAS) (Defined Benefit) contributions on a monthly basis and administer scheme leavers
Process and submit legacy TUPE contributions and annual renewal data requests
Maintain monthly data reporting for KPI purposes
Administer and manage the process for Ill Health Early Retirement applications and Death in Service notifications
Manage the company car fleet including day-to-day relationship with the Nuffield Health Fleet Provider, supporting the Benefits Administrator with dealing with all issues and queries efficiently and effectively and monthly reconciliation.
Provide support to the Reward Manager and Reward Advisor on strategic reward projects and the implementation of reward changes
Facilitate and present pension & benefit inductions internally and to new joiners
Previous pensions administration or operational experience
Previous experience of pension arrangements including: Defined Contribution (“DC”),
Group Personal Pensions (“GPP”), Defined Benefit (“DB”), Master Trust (“MT”)
Good communication , interpersonal and numerical skills
PC literate with competent use of IT systems including Excel, Word, and email
Previous experience of working in an in-house pensions department
Previous benefits administration experience
An enthusiastic attitude, and desire to learn and grow in the role
Good accuracy and high attention to detail
Organised approach to work
Experience and skills in administrative duties in a busy working environment

As a Senior Pension and Benefits Coordinator you’ll sit across both the pension and benefits administration functions and will a dminister the Nuffield Health pension plans including the PLAS, a Defined Benefit Scheme (for contribution purposes) and legacy TUPE schemes including a Master Trust Scheme and provide support to the administration of the Nuffield Health Retirement Savings Plan (NHRSP) .
You’ll e nsure benefits and pension related payroll information is passed to the payroll teams for processing in an accurate and timely manner , whilst administering Nuffield Health employee benefit programmes in collaboration with the Senior Benefits Administrator.
