      JOB TITLE: Senior Data Analyst

      LOCATION(S): Halifax or Leeds

      SALARY: Guideline for this role is £42,120

      HOURS: Full time

      WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our office site.

      This is an exciting opportunity to join Lloyds Banking Group as part of the People Applications and Security team within the People Platform as a Senior People Data Analyst, ensuring all our People data is kept up to date and secure at all times and that our applications are well managed and key governance is followed.

      This role will involve working with people systems such as Workday, Beeline and SAP Payroll, supporting with security requirements and requests, operational data quality and maintenance tasks and working with BAU and strategic projects to deliver key changes for the People and Places roadmap.

      What Will You Do?

      As the Senior People Data Analyst, you will deal with various People applications from a security, governance and data quality aspect. Ensuring that as a data led organisation, we have a robust data set whilst also maintaining the security of that data by making sure colleagues have the right access at the right time for the right reasons.

      You will work with key SMEs across the platform to learn about our People systems, building a network and knowledge to ensure we meet all requirements and accountabilities under our Application Ownership responsibilities.

      You will look to shape how the team manage the work required to maintain accurate and up to date governance on our applications, ensuring key decisions are made with all the facts in place.

      You will actively look for opportunities across complex data sets to improve/correct errors or simplify existing processes that drive that data.

      You will work with colleagues across the Group to investigate and remediate visibility issues whilst making sure that access is in line with governance and policy.

      You will be maintaining the BAU data integrity and quality across the key people systems for the Group including records management and purging.

      You will upskill in key capabilities using formal and informal training opportunities.

      It would be essential to have the following:

      • Experience of applying Identity and Access Management principles

      • Data analysis and investigation experience across complex and vast data sets

      • An analytical and problem solving mindset

      Desirable but not essential:

      • Experience of Application ownership

      • Experience of Workday/Beeline/SAP Payroll

      • Awareness/experience of records management

      • Knowledge/experience of Google Cloud Platform

      • Knowledge/experience of Power BI
