  INTRODUCTION:

  As a People Data & PowerBI Senior Analyst at ABC Fitness, you will be instrumental in leveraging data insights to drive strategic decision-making within our People Operations team. Reporting directly to the Director of People Operations in a 100% remote capacity, this role demands a deep understanding of People Analytics coupled with expertise in PowerBI. Your primary responsibilities will be to develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards using Workday data feeds and empowering the People team to make data-driven decisions that optimize our workforce across 20+ countries. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in elevating the team’s acumen on People Analytics, enhancing their capabilities in leveraging data for strategic People initiatives.

  WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  In this role, you'll serve as our People Team’s primary expert in data analytics and PowerBI, with a focus on driving actionable insights for our People team. Your key tasks will involve designing, developing, and maintaining PowerBI dashboards that visualize HR metrics and trends, enabling informed decision-making and strategic workforce planning. Collaborating closely with the US-based People team, you'll understand their data needs and provide ongoing support and training on interpreting and utilizing People Analytics effectively. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to optimize HR processes through data-driven initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our global company.

  WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst and with Workday
  • Passion for and a focus on data analytics and PowerBI reporting.
  • High proficiency in PowerBI and Workday reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and data structures.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment, while effectively collaborating with US-based teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work mostly within US time zones to support the needs of the People team.

  AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages for data manipulation.
  • Certification in PowerBI or related data analytics tools.
  • Previous experience in the Fit Tech industry or a similar global organization.
