Your insights and expertise will be valued as you contribute to the team's success.Decision-Making Prowess: Showcase your problem solving and decision-making skills as well as critical thinking abilities as you engage with staff at all levels, senior managers, and external organisations.Communication Mastery: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are key in this role. You'll be liaising with various stakeholders, making connections, and driving ER initiatives forward to improve the ER experience for both managers and employees.

      Main duties of the job

      Key aspects of the role include:

      • Providing a consistent, responsive, high quality employee relations advisory and support service to managers and staff within the Trust.
      • Overseeing and supporting a range of complex and sensitive employment matters including but not limited to disciplinary, concerns resolution, capability, and safeguarding cases.
      • Leading on the update and revision of HR Policies, guidance and document templates as requested.
      • Coaching / mentoring other members of the People Services Advisory Team to improve the skills and experience.
