What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement a comprehensive clinical recruitment strategy to support multi-market growth and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians across the country
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the employer's culture, clinical excellence, and commitment to patient care
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Coordinate closely with legal, HR, credentialing, and operations to ensure a seamless candidate experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience recruiting providers
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience recruiting physicians
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience recruiting advanced practice clinicians (APCs)
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in fertility or women's health
- Familiarity with digital outreach and recruitment marketing strategies
- Proven track record of developing candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies
- Ability to create compelling recruitment materials and campaigns
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
