Responsible for providing engineering calculations and pipe system design support.
u00A0Responsibilities:u00A0
1. u00A0 u00A0Review customer system requirements and offer Victaulic product solutions for piping system design needs.
2. u00A0 u00A0Provide thermal movement, anchor load and other calculations.
3. u00A0 u00A0Design pipe support products such as anchors.
4. u00A0 u00A0Identify and assist in the development of new products.
5. u00A0 u00A0Visit field installations to assist customers in using Victaulic products and optimizing performance.
6. u00A0 u00A0Provide general support to sales organization including creating, organizing and conducting technical seminars.u00A0
7. u00A0 u00A0This position will support customers in Europe and the Middle East.
Qualifications:u00A0
1. u00A0 u00A0Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with 2-10 years pipe system design experience.u00A0
2. u00A0 u00A0PE License (Professional Engineer) desired BUT will consider an EIT (Engineer-In Training) with the expectation that they will continue on to get the PE Certification.u00A0
3. u00A0 u00A0Project Management in building construction.u00A0
4. u00A0 u00A0Experience in the design and build process or work experience with an EPC.u00A0
5. u00A0 u00A0Candidates with working knowledge of Autopipe or Caesar Stress Analysis will be given preference.u00A0
6. u00A0 u00A0Requires excellent communication skills and professional appearance.u00A0
7. u00A0 u00A0Organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
