      Senior Platform Administrator - Quality Team

      We’re looking for a Senior Platform Administrator to play a leading role in the creation and development of a newly created Quality Team , that will be asked to make sure we’re providing the best possible service to our customers. You’ll be doing all manner of quality checking from system inputs to letters and customer communications, providing constructive and meaningful feedback while looking for ways to improve.

      You’ll also look at how we can prevent any regulatory or process breaches before they can happen, but if they do, you’ll look at their causes and put measures into place to stop them happening again. This job would suit someone that wants to be a champion of change, supporting colleagues in embracing change positively and achieving pay-back on the benefits for both colleagues and customers alike .

      We’d love to hear from you if you have:

      • Experience in handling internal and external customer queries on telephone and in writing in a regulated industry

      • Excellent a ttention to detail

      • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

      • The ability to influence others and you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo

      • A creative mindset and can find new ways to do things

      It’d also be great (but not essential) if you’ve got:

      • Experience in financial services, and even better if you’ve worked with pensions products before

      • A competitive salary from £ 27,700 depending on the experience you can bring
