What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle 40-70 calls daily serving policies for agents/holders
- Research complex inquiries from customers or agents
- Mentor others and resolve complex issues
- Assist with special projects, system testing, and on-the-job training
- Utilize solid knowledge of state-specific regulations and system/procedural support for insurance or brokerage products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions or support
- Solid knowledge and application of underwriting, servicing, or billing guidelines
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of specified locations
- Ability to travel to office locations for in-person engagement activities
