      Requisition Summary

      Under the general guidance of the Pricing & Sales Strategy Manager, ensure excellent resale value of our assets by analyzing data, presenting findings and developing tools to support key initiatives for the Used Equipment Sales Department. This role is based out of the PACCAR Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA.

      Job Functions / Responsibilities

      • Process, analyze and recommend pricing/sales strategy with accurate information to achieve maximum resale values on the sale of used equipment. Incorporate key variables such as equipment specifications and regional market trends.
      • Gather and analyze data to prepare (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports, including ad hoc analysis and management reports timely and accurately. Key metrics include pricing matrix, sales trends, inventory level trends, upcoming lease maturities and trade packages.
      • Support the finance sales team with residual quotes, lease modifications (payoffs, early terminations, lessee purchases, lease extensions, etc.) and prepare trade package valuations. Develop and present recommendations to management.
      • Utilize Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau and other tools, to analyze data and create dashboards to provide meaningful information for management and team members in the field. Remain engaged with internal customer needs and trends.
      • Maintain world class customer service with quick turnaround times on open requests and track progress. Develop process improvements to increase the speed, accuracy and efficiency across all major functions of the Used Equipment Sales Department.
      • Remain engaged with both the wholesale and retail sales managers to understand market trends. Support a dynamic team environment where information flows smoothly.
      • Collaborate with Business Systems & Data Manager and the Analytics team to support key systems and data initiatives.
      • Support the Used Equipment Sales Management team as needed.
      • Special projects as assigned.

      Qualifications & Skills

      Required

      • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related area.
      • Data literacy / analytical mindset. Ability to automate / scale from data to insights
      • Passion for Technology.
      • High integrity. Life long learner. Self-starter.
      • Demonstrated attention to detail.
      • Self-motivated and persistent with a focus on delivery.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Ability to organize, meet deadlines and deal with areas of ambiguity.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint.

      Preferred

      • Two to Five years working experience.
      • MBA or Master's Degree.
      • Data visualization (Tableau / similar).
      • Advanced Excel skills, (Macros, VBA).
      • Data preparation (SQL, Python).
      • Market knowledge and expertise in determining used truck values and in estimating future values of trucks.
      • Understanding of truck dealerships and dealer/OEM relationships.
      • Heavy Equipment or commercial lending experience.

The salary range for the Senior Sales Analyst-Used Equipment role is $84,000 - $131,700 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
