- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening
- Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients, seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback, so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
- Deliver non-judgemental care that makes a real difference

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Primary Care Nurse to join our team at HMP Wealstun, a category C Prison located near Wetherby, Yorkshire.
HMP Wealstun is a male prison that focuses on training and education. Free parking on site, on-site gym, lots of training and progression opportunities.
Hours
37.5 hours a week working between Monday to Sunday 7.30am - 7.30pm. These shifts will be worked over 3 days and every 8 weeks the additional hours to be worked then. Working every other weekend.
Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £46,420 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
