      Overview
      Mastercard Services Organization, the professional Services arm of Mastercard Worldwide, provides payments-focused consulting, marketing, and risk management services to financial institutions and merchants worldwide. With its unique category expertise, deep understanding of customer needs and successful track record in addressing complex challenges throughout the industry, our team addresses the challenges and opportunities of its clients, enhances Mastercard's strategic and tactical performance and establishes Mastercard's global thought-leadership pre-eminence.

      Role Description:
      The Senior Principal Business Development Consultant is structured around 3 axis
      Leader for services in Brazil
      • Accountable for the services revenues in the Brazil division as a whole and for individual clients
      • Part of Mastercard Leadership team in Brazil with daily interactions with the Division president and other senior team member
      • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives in the Brazilian market as a trusted advisor
      • Be a thought leader in internal and external speaking opportunities
      Manager of the sales team in Brazil
      • Manage a team of 20+ services business leads that work closely with financial institutions and merchants in Brazil
      • Support complex sales to key clients personally
      • Support Mastercard business development efforts positioning services as a key element of our value proposition
      • Work closely with delivery and product teams to ensure the right pricing and the right quality

      Senior member of the LAC sales leadership
      • Take ownership for regional initiatives as appropriate, working closely with other senior team members in LAC or Globally
      • Identify new areas to grow the business in line (but not only) with our 2030 strategy
      • Represent the Brazil business in LAC and global discussions about services performance and opportunities
      Education Needed:

      • Undergraduate degree required
      • MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended

      Experience Needed:
      • 10+ years in management consulting firm (manager or higher) and/or 15+ years in relevant industry if graduate degree held
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Excellent analytical skills
      • Ability to work on a team or independently
      • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

      Languages: Portuguese, Fluent English, Other language skills highly desirable
