Job Description

- Translate the campaign creative briefs into innovative approaches to convey brand, product, or promotion stories
- Create innovative visual design across all customer touch-points, consistent with brand standards
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects, ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines and standards
- Apply advanced design techniques, typography, and color theory to create aesthetically pleasing layouts that effectively communicate the intended message and engage the target audience
- Art Direction: Provide guidance on design best practices to junior designers, ensuring the quality and consistency of design deliverables
- Collaboratively work with the design team and other departments to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality designs within established deadlines
- Research and Inspiration: Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to the team
- Have an incredible eye for photography
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years experience in the print design field, at an advertising/marketing agency or in-house creative team
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Have a strong understanding of the print production process from file set up, pre-press, press checks, paper, color etc to final delivery
- Ability to package production ready files to industry standards
- Have the ability to manage outside vendors through the print production process
- Meticulous organization and file management skills.
- Strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver accurate and precise designs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements
- Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends, technologies, and project requirements
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts that effectively communicate messages and evoke desired emotions
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and demonstrating your understanding of design principles and techniques

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
