What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather requirements and develop user stories for business systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and optimize business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document complex business processes, recommending innovative solutions
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify business needs and elicit requirements
- Conduct gap analyses to propose actionable plans bridging discrepancies between current and desired states
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cost Accounting, or related field, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 5 years of applied experience in creating and building application models for business operations
- Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Master, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet demanding deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working as a federal contractor or employee
- Prior experience with VA / US Government Agencies
- Understanding of the Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM solution from a business/functional perspective
