      Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Procurement Advisor on a permanent basis on our Procurement team.

      This position can be based out of our home office in Saskatoon, SK, or can be remote across Western Canada.

      What you’ll do:

      • Collaborating with business units and key stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and exceptional user experience.
      • Help plan and execute the sourcing of goods and services for ongoing operational or project requirements.
      • Ensure that sourcing activities align with business unit goals, department procedures, and procurement best practices.
      • Support and advise business unit stakeholders by monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance to contract scope, commercial and legal terms.
      • Help continuously improve procurement processes, systems, tools and templates to ensure seamless and efficient end to end procurement.
      • Will be a strong conduit for communication, feedback, change management, training and continuous improvement to assigned business unit and stakeholders.

      Who you’ll work with:

      You will work closely with business unit stakeholders, Strategic Sourcing Managers and the Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) and will report into the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, strategic thinking and creativity.

      Who you are:

      You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

      • Have a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in procurement.
      • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering or a relevant field. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
      • Are experienced with sourcing and contracting fundamentals at the operating unit or department level.
      • Experience utilizing digital source-to-pay procurement and data analytics tools is strongly preferred.
      • Are experienced with a variety of sourcing and contracting methodologies, for a broad range of goods and services with a medium to high level of complexity.
      • Have certificates or designations in supply chain management, Lean/Six Sigma, or operations planning are beneficial.
